When filling out the “feedback” form in the app, users receive a response to call a 1800 for assistance, something I’m don’t have time to do. Also, when using the Click and Collect area of the app, using the back arrow while browsing in the app takes you all the way back to the very beginning of the Click and Collect page. There’s a promotion under the Deals for $2 off any Click and Collect order, however when I attempt to use the promotion, it’s not applied to the cart.

There are store scanning issues and most of the time the cashiers will not honor the promotions. Especially when redeeming prizes that are won through Promotional games.
